Check it out below.
Critique from EqD comments:
I thoroughly enjoyed it, but it wasn't perfect.
The wing animation is awkward, though that may be due to the fact that no one's put a good foot forward into SFM wing animation. I tolerated it for that reason.
Then, music with word splicing just looks so weird in 3D. If it were the original 'So Many Wonders,' where the words flowed fluidly, then the mouth movement wouldn't look so forced, like slurring, instead of the video splicing with the audio. <--(I don't know how much sense that makes to others.) The hair movement was a bit odd, due to it probably all being in a single... thing, whatever they're called. (Clearly I'm no SFM expert.) Basically it's all one strand instead of many, so it all falls together at one time in one place. There were also a couple of glitches, but they weren't really so jarring as to make the video unwatchable.
On to the good points. The camera angles were extremely well done and immersive, even if a bit jerky at times.
The body movements not mentioned above were spot on, some bigger ones being the slight 'slow down' before landing, and the knees(?) bending to absorb the shock of the landing. Then there were the facial movements. SFM has come a long way, and I used to think it was daunting. But the animators slowly improved to make it not be so jerky in it's movement. This I can appreciate. The ear flicks, the eyes darting around, and the eyes closing and opening were some really high-priority items on the positives list.
I hope this was a thorough enough analysis, and if it isn't you're asking too much! :D
