As you know, there is a Summer Sun Celebration in the M!Verse and a Winter Moon Celebration thingy in the L!Verse. SO Cadence's celebration should be the horrible name I thought of- the Spring Love Celebration! It's when Cadence sends a wave of love and magic through all of Equestria- and her love-magic wave is sent to the Crystal Tower, where the castle of the Old Pony Sisters was in the M!Verse. The Crystal Heart is at the top of the tower, and sends the love-magic all over the land. As you've guessed, the Elements are contained there too. I don't know exactly how/where, but I'll think of something. Sigh. I wish I got responses.

Interesting idea, the imagery sounds very impressive. How did the crystal heart end up there and does it have a crystal affect on the area, and what of the crystal ponies, will the heart itself play a rile similar to the Elements?
It does what Celestia said the Empire/Heart does. It spreads love and light throughout Equestria- and it causes a crystal CHANGE to some plants. Like a certain flower Ima include....hehhehehe.
