I really hope you've got people helping you, because Terminal World needs line-by-line reading to correct all the small grammar errors in it. (Not that those errors bother 99% of readers, but the EqD prereaders are picky about everything.) I wish you the best of luck, because even if you get the story technically perfect quite frankly it's not the usual type of stuff that gets up there. Remember that any pre-reader will reject it if they arbitrarily don't like it. EqD ain't fair.
I haven't read the novel by Alastair Reynolds, so I don't know how much this story differs from the original, but if it's not obviously changed beyond replacing the humans with ponies, then it's not gonna fly. If you can find an EqD 'expert' then you really should get their help.
