What ever happened to Scratching The Strings?

I remember this story called Scratching The Strings. It was a Vinyl and Octavia fic, but with a twist....
Instead of the usual VinylOctavia ship fic, in this fic.... they're sisters
Shocking, isn't it?
I thought the concept itself was interesting, I only read the first chapter however, and this was back when I first found out about this site, when I creamed myself every time I even saw an interesting looking fic, and it quickly got lost in my ever growing read later list.
Well, the story somehow made it's way back into my head, and so I went looking for it, unfortunately, when I did find it, this sh*squee*t popped up

I stared at this image for two minutes straight, without moving. I had to sift through my read later list (which as of right now is exactly), 290 fu*squee*ng stories.
When I didn't find it in my read later's, I went hunting for it on google, I somehow found it.... the above events occur.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could tell me the author's username or tell me where I could find this story, if it even still exists.
