Editing is over...for now. · 2:40am Mar 19th, 2012
That's right, the weekend of intense editing is over, but I'm sure I'll need to have myself another one before too long.
I was able to vastly improve the original Yellowstone, which is good. Because it was bad and made no sense.
YtS on the other hand is still a bit...eh. I didn't get to make all the changes I wanted to do to it before my brain began to melt down, so it will have some bugs in it.
Things that have changed:
(Yellowstone) Dialogue mostly. Especially the stuff between Cottonmouth and Hawk
(Yellowstone) I made a quick explanation for why Hawk didn't take a bigger gun to confront Cottonmouth the first time.
(Yellowstone) Lots of little things.
Things that have Not changed:
Much of YtS
Applejack as my favorite pony
My lack of talent
So there you have it. Now I must get back to YtS Ep 6. Or Opening Week.
Probably Opening week because it's shorter.
I'm happy to see such progress being made in the revision process. Are you happy with how it's going, despite your purported "lack of talent"?
Also: High five on Applejack being your favourite pony.
Nice, even though you do prefer those filthy earth ponies (I kid! I kid!)

The story? Yeah I like how it's progressing. Still unsure when to bring in certain elements, but I'll do my best. That said, there are certain ideas that pop up after everything's been posted that would have made an episode 100x better. Like Hidden Brony's suggestion to name the most recent occurrence, but that would have required me to rewrite the entire fight scene with the Barrow Wight, and I'm not quite sure I'm ready to do that yet.
