Just another writer that aims to entertain. Nothing to see here, move along. Though yes, I am very feminist. Don't like it? That's nice.

    Screenside Chat - 9/4/14

Another Thursday, another long day at the dog shelter. :derpyderp2: So, let's chat! :derpytongue2:

Just in case, this is how this sort of journal works: tell me a bit about yourself, how your life's going, anything you want to talk about. You can also ask me any question you like, if you really want to. Either way, I like hearing from my readers.

New One-Shot: All That Glitters · 9:15pm Mar 30th, 2013

Got a new one shot out (finally; the mods are taking forever to approve stories this weekend), called All That Glitters. It's a fan story based on the tumblr blog Ask Glitter Shell. The premise is a sort of alternate universe/alternate interpretation of Snails as a closeted male-to-female transsexual who really prefers to be called Glitter Shell. I thought the premise was a bit WTF myself, but I gave it a shot and didn't regret it. I love the blog itself because it's cute as all hell with good art while not ignoring the sort of problems that transsexuals go through on a regular basis, though the horror of the reality is downplayed. The story I wrote is just a little snapshot of Glitter Shell herself looking for a bit of acceptance in her hero, Trixie, because her parents and her friends certainly aren't giving her any.

I think those who like my more serious work (Dear Spike and One Last Day, namely) will like this, hence why I alerted you folk. It doesn't have quite as dark a tone, but it still has the sort of quality I hope you've come to expect. Enjoy!
