Exactly 1 month and 6 days ago, I made this petition Hasbro to reverse it's decision on making Twilight Sparkle a princess. Here is the link . Even if you don't agree with me, I'm at least trying to get Hasbro to listen. Make sure to get other people to sign it.

A petition won't change their decision. It isn't "offensive," so they have "no reason" to change it. The backlash from reversing it would be even worse, because then it would come off as nothing more than a cheap shark jump, instead of a natural progression of the character that allows for further character development and presents new challenges.
