Interviewer: So, to you, what is Sparkle?
Ryan: Sparkle, to me, is one big story arc that is all of my motivations and interests. In fact I started it expecting it to last a few years so it can be a large universe world, like Harry Potter or Halo.
Fuck it. I was gonna keep this under wraps, but I'll just say it. My next project is a post-apocalyptic steampunk comic series. I have Zornarka/Zhooves doing the art while I write. I actually regret to inform you all that Sparkle is on hiatus. I don't know where to go with that ending, a ton of stuff is going on in my life right now, and more opportunities have popped up. So, yes, I will NOT be doing Sparkle for awhile, as I 'm moving on to do other, more ambitious, projects.
