Okay, so as some of you may know, in the TwiDash group there was a post with a bunch of different prompts for small little snip-its of stories featuring, obviously, Twilight/Rainbow Dash shipping. I've read a bunch of them, and quite a few are actually really inspiring. I've always wanted to try my hand at writing romance, so I thought I could do something kind of like this.
EXCEPT: instead of using the prompts on the forum, I would make each chapter a little story where the prompt is a song. It could be anything, from something focused around love like Billy Joel to something that's generally not, like The Offspring. Each chapter title would be the title of the song that was used for the prompt. These are little snip-its, so no longer than 1,000 words total. Some of the lyrics of the song (plus a link to it on YouTube) would be included in the story. I will admit though, a lot of this idea came from Nuukor's story "Guardian Angel," which I recommend that you read if you like TwiDash and music.
So far these are some of the songs I've been thinking of using as prompts:
"Can't Repeat" by The Offspring
"Kristy Are You Doing Okay?" by The Offspring
"Days Go By" by The Offspring (3 guesses as to my favourite band)
"Feel Good Inc." by Gorillaz
"To The Sky" by Owl City
"The Touch" by Stan Bush
Updates would be sporadic, and there would be little continuity between chapters. Would anybody out there read this?
I would read it, or atleast give it a try. I've been looking forward to seeing you write a story(or many stories in one) haha. So yes I would read them. (Most likely) haha. Guardian Angel was a very good story haha. I liked it.

Ugh... making a title for a story is hard when you aren't writing/supervising it hahaha.
It could be from the stating of what it is of "TwiDash song prompts" to the settings of the stories, so as in "Fly With Me" if it was about the whole flying thing. hahaha. I'd accually have to read the stories first before thinking a name

I actually like "Fly With Me," but I'm not sure it fits with the whole concept. I'll figure something out...probably. And I hope you enjoy it when I get it posted

885893 D'aawww thanks, I'll try not to disappoint. I don't have "To The Sky" written up quite yet, but it will be coming up soon on my line up. Also if you have any song suggestions I'm all ears!
