Okay, now I really have two polls, one for each story.

How is it going so far (as far as OOC-ness is going)? Is it being resolved (as is my intent)?
SoTB:
Am I giving Brother Cleon enough cbaeacter development? In other words: would you like to see more of him, or should I keep him to the "minimalistic guide" that he was before?

Also, does anyone here have any knowledge in designing fictional religions? I need to make three of them for a story I have planned, and it's getting a bit overwhelming, since I don't know what I'm doing.

I think you are doing things right so far.
For SoTB: I think Cleon can go either way, the best choice is to do whatever you feel like as it will often result in the best content when the writer is comfortable with the designs of the story.
On the subject of religions: I would say the very beginning is to determine whether you are starting a 'monotheism', a 'polytheism' or a religion which is not based upon the worship of a god. Then there are the ways in which the followers honor and revere their god(s) usually through prayer, monuments, or feats of accomplishment (including things such as war).
These are some of the very basest characteristics of a religion, I hope I could help.

OKAY! So, I think it would be quite eventful if you put more character in Cleon, if you feel as though you hadn't. My point being that he has now become a important factor towards Fluttershy and to the history as well. Another reason is that since he has his view on why and how he is the Minister (Note: I may be a tad off on some things since my 2 week hiatus..) had given him a initial grant of being more than just an guide or static character.

868409 Y'know, I still can't figure out what title to give him. I'm rather upset about that, since I've invented the frameworks of three religions just in the past week, but I can't do it. There isn't really a precedent for it that I can draw off of.
Eg: for most titles, I borrow them from other cultures, usually altering them a little.
Unfortunately, I need to find the right word. I'm sure ill get it soon though.
