I have been working on a new story as of late, which may or may not release relatively soon*. If you enjoyed Rest In Peace, you may also like this new project.

    Some Housekeeping

As of 02/01/2021, I am taking a bunch of stories I've written from way back in the day offline.

The stories I have taken down cause me pain when I see new comments about or even see favorited. And that pain lasts far longer than I care to admit. Sorry if one of your favorites got hit by this. There may be more in the future.

Further projects are in the works.

    Stay safe.

    Temporary slowdown

Due to some raised tension in my home environment, my mental health is taking a pretty harsh decline, which is making writing difficult. Because of this, I am temporarily modifying the update schedule of Rest In Peace.

Rest In Peace will be updating on an every-other weekly basis, with the next update being scheduled for next Friday, 06/12/2020, at 4:00 PM PST.

    Stay safe.

Compose

An entire world made of sound.
No need for light or state.
The battle ahead signaled
by horns and drums.
A descending trombone
shows the boulders fall from the sky.
A piccolo brings down the arrows.
An explosive bass drum is
the solid thump of a tank.
The battery fires a nasty rhythm
of bullets and grenades.
Synthetic drums and keyboards fire
a searing wave of plasma downrange,
building up to the piano-drum,
detonating a photon bomb that wipes the field clean.
The sounds of war are not far off.
Just listen to the world that
I've composed.

Moar poetry from a while back. I was up in the mountains for Cross-Country altitude training, and I wrote this at some ungodly hour when no one was awake and I was alone in my tent. Yay.

I do like this one, but was a bigger fan of the first one for some reason. Camping fan?

Hopefully you don't hate me too much to not appreciate this comment, because then I just don't know what I'd do.:pinkiecrazy:

I consider myself a Rennaissance Writer. I write prose, verse, and music. I was working on my grand 3 movement piece at the time, so I wrote something about writing music.

Moar poetry incoming in a few minutes. :3

And I shall definitely read it.
