I have been working on a new story as of late, which may or may not release relatively soon*. If you enjoyed Rest In Peace, you may also like this new project.

    Some Housekeeping

As of 02/01/2021, I am taking a bunch of stories I've written from way back in the day offline.

The stories I have taken down cause me pain when I see new comments about or even see favorited. And that pain lasts far longer than I care to admit. Sorry if one of your favorites got hit by this. There may be more in the future.

Further projects are in the works.

    Stay safe.

    Temporary slowdown

Due to some raised tension in my home environment, my mental health is taking a pretty harsh decline, which is making writing difficult. Because of this, I am temporarily modifying the update schedule of Rest In Peace.

Rest In Peace will be updating on an every-other weekly basis, with the next update being scheduled for next Friday, 06/12/2020, at 4:00 PM PST.

    Stay safe.

To my few stalkers that bother to actually stalk me, you may not have known that I have not always been a writer of prose. I actually do come from the land of poetry, which is actually great practice for writing stories. I won't bother with my explanation on how that works. However I was looking through my old notebooks, and I found a particularly fun poem I wrote a few months ago.

Fate

Carefully onward.
I walk forward.
Wind blows backward,
and forces me sideways.
Recklessly onward
wind blows forward,
I move too fast toward
the noxious haze.
Let's move forward
and pick up our swords,
to fight ever onward,
against their hate.
Let us fight
through the tarry black night
against Hatred's might,
and disobey Fate.

Please note: International copyright laws protect this poem as my intellectual property so long as I retain possession of the original copy.

That was great, I love poetry! Oh my God! It was so good!

All I want to now is follow you around for months, and months, figure out your routine and catch you. I'd tie you in my basement and force you to write for hours on end everyday, just for my enjoyment. Then I'd always have something good to read. Forever. I'd have to do something about those legs of your though. Don't want you running off now. :pinkiecrazy:

I've never been into poetry, but this was cool.
