    The solution stupifier thingy

I realized something about myself today. I really get attached to solutions to problems I come up with and when it turns out they don’t work I get really discouraged and forget that the entire reason for the solutions existence is to solve the problem and as a result stop attempting to solve the problem.

    The Foot in the Door

One thing I would like to point out is that I am not writing this for whoever happens to be reading my blog. I am writing this for my future self to have a reference of progress. Some of the methods I use to attain super powers will only work for me or people “similar” to me if that even exists. The Quest and the Journey.

One thing I would like to point out is that I am not writing this for whoever happens to be reading my blog. I am writing this for my future self to have a reference of progress. Some of the methods I use to attain super powers will only work for me or people “similar” to me if that even exists. (It doesn't) For those that just thinks it's impossible (I feel sorry for you) my reasoning is as follows.

Perhaps you have heard of the trope “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” or its counterpart “Any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science” well I have my own similar trope “Any sufficiently honed skill is indistinguishable from superpowers.” Unfortunately this means that the super advanced powers like flying or shooting flames out of your hands are much MUCH harder to acquire (but still possible) A much easier power to acquire is that of predicting the future. More importantly it is a stepping stone to other more unusual powers. For those reasons this is the skill that I will hone.

Some people spend entire lives honing skill. The only thing I can say to that is to start as soon as possible.
