What's Next [edited]

Now that the season's over I have some decisions to make concerning The Watch.
Namely how to incorporate the remainder of Season 3. At the beginning my plan was to have the story cover the entire season as it went on. Once "Magic Duel" aired however, I realized it worked well for things I needed and decided to center the entire story around it. Then afterwards I would have written a follow up story dealing with how the rest of the season played out given the events of The Watch. Then I saw "Magical Mystery Cure" and realized that I'd need a different approach again (not going to mention why, Spoilers!). Namely I've shifted around the order that certain episodes occurred in and decided to possibly leave others out. As it is now this is how everything fits together:
"A Canterlot Wedding" (1&2)
"Sleepless In Ponyville"*
"The Crystal Empire" (1&2)
"Spike at Your Service"*
Arc 1 (Chapter 1-4) of "The Watch", "One Bad Apple"*, "Too Many Pinkie Pies" {events concurrent}
Arc 2 (Chapters 4-(?)) of "The Watch", concurrent with "Magic Duel"
Arc 3 of "The Watch" concurrent with "Keep Calm and Flutter On" (sort of)
Arc 4 of "The Watch" concurrent with "Magical Mystery Cure" ( again, sort of)
Arc 5/Epilogue of "The Watch" concurrent with "Wonderbolts Academy", "Apple Family Reunion" and "Games Ponies Play" ("Just for Sidekicks" will probably be dropped completely)
*Note: Assume the events of "Sleepless in Ponyville", "Spike at Your Service" and "One Bad Apple" happened mostly the same as cannon. There may be a thing or two I might change, and if I do I'll mention it either in the story or an author's note attached to the story.
