Just a ramblin' stallion...

Hey folks.

First, I ask your forgiveness for the lack of updates to "Once In a Blue Moon" and "Spectrum of the Sky." There have been a number of changes for me in the past few months, and it has taken some time for me to settle into the new lifestyle.

Old Day Job is gone. I no longer put in 50-60 hours a week. New Day Job is awesome, and has me traveling the country. It also pays considerably better, and most importantly for this discussion, leaves me with a fair bit of spare time on my hands during the weekends.

Hotel rooms are boring, so I might as well write dem ponies,eh?

I've got things tricked out for maximum mobility. With any luck, I will be able to write even if I'm sitting in an airport for hours, as long as I remember to pull the docs down from GDrive to my trusty iPad mini before I lose wifi service.

So, to answer the question, "Hey, TS wrote a blog post, does that mean he's updating again?" I give you this answer:

...SOON. I need to re-read the stories, pick up the narrative again, and work out some new ideas I had for where I want them to go, but I should be cranking out the updates before long.

For now, it's bedtime. Keep calm and allons-y, folks.

Next chapter of Blue Moon is already half-written, I just need to tighten up the plot a little, make sure that the Doctor is as brilliantly and charmingly snarky as ever, and double-check for typos and confusing dialogue.

Spectrum of the Sky will also be getting an update, but to get the gears turning properly again, there may be a light-hearted one-shot coming first.

Well. Unless I get wrapped up in The Secret World again... Which may not be a bad thing. Might spark an idea or two for something with a Lovecraftian twist to it...
