One Year Brony Anniversary :3 · 11:04pm Feb 1st, 2013
Even though I still haven't done much in terms of publishing stories, this is indeed my one year anniversary since I decided I was a brony. I didn't sign up on this site until February 2nd but I knew on this day that I was one. Anyway, that's all. It's been a long, crazy trip not only pony-wise but also in my life. I've matured a lot, and now that I'm in my last semester of high school ever (I hope), I can look at things in perspective. I really needed the show a year ago, to help me get by with a lot of the issues I had. I think now I've gotten past a lot of them, and thus I don't cling to the show as much, but it still, and will always, hold a place in my heart. It was the first time I was in a "fandom" that people I knew in real life were also a part of, and it really helped me to see what could be bad, and good, about the idea of a serious fandom. I've toned down a lot since I first became a brony, and I guess what I'm trying to say is it's helped me a lot. If not because it helped me grow, then at least because of how much work I've done with writing thanks to its inspirational characters and setting.
Well, that's a long enough rant. Seeing as barely anyone will read this anyway, this'll be more like a personal reminder another year from now. Who knows where the fandom / the show will go, and who knows where I'll be in this big wide world. Either way, I'm not giving up on the ponies just yet. Something tells me they still have a part to play in my life :)

As for me I'm still studying hard over here at my community college.
You never got around to publishing your stories eh? I never did too, some of them were pretty weird... I kind of want to post them but ah well.
You thinking of posting anymore? That Fluttershy one you had was interesting.
1329087 I still have all my old ideas, even from as far back as when I became a brony. All thanks to Google Docs ^.^ So don't count the Fluttershy one out juuuuust yet, haha. I do plan on publishing my big story when it's ready... as for smaller things I dunno. I'm such a perfectionist D:
