Welp, the penultimate chapter hit ninethousands words grand total.
That's the most I've ever put into a single chapter!
It's a very pleasing feeling!
I still have a bit more to add, but I should be done tonight. Maybe we'll hit 10K words? Let us see.

Oh, and just so ya'll know.
We were almost set back about 8000 words a few minutes ago.
One of my friends is a snoop and almost deleted my document containing the work.
Twas a close call.
