NEW STORY PREVIEW! ["Orb of Night"] · 6:44am Jan 26th, 2013
This is the introduction paragraph to my new project. This is where TLP was headed, in all honesty. This time, however, I'm slowing the pace a tad, and switching to an extended release schedule. New plan is to release 4-5 chapters every month. This way I can develop the story in longer, more continuous chunks. I plan for an epic, as in, Fallout: Equestria long. This very well may take me into next year. This story is currently under the working title of "Orb of Night".

Dear Reader:
Most fairy tales start with “once upon a time”, and involve a damsel in distress, a heroic fearless knight, and end with “they all lived happily ever after”...
Fuck that. Life is life, and, somewhat surprisingly, even a magical land of fairy-tales has its darker histories. Earth has never been shy to show its brutish blood, and this is to its credit. For while war is a horrible thing, the blood of war must stain the history books if we are to hope for a better future. The land I speak of is beautiful, lush, bright, and carefree; seemingly untouched by the games of men. This much is true.
Those who dwell there have committed much more heinous acts.
