Watching House M.D. while trying to conjure up some inspiration and will to write when I get the idea of a medical drama featuring ponies.

Hm, who knows, I've always had a particular fondness for doctors. I'd definitely need to find some form of medical consult, but that's beside the point. Those of you who have been kind enough to follow me, I present this medal:

The actual point of this, as convoluted as it appears, is to question my followers' attention span. Anyone reading or keeping up with Pinkamena Diane Pie: Consultant Detective, I ask you this: "Aren't you a bit curious as to why there have been two 1,000 word chapters in the span of a few days?"
The casual observer would most likely remark that it's just me scraping the bottom of the proverbial bucket for ideas. Hopefully, my more sharper follower will note that it is something out of the ordinary.
It's mostly a preemptive apology to the possibly delayed release of chapter *quickly consults my story chapters* 9. I've been a bit busy with other stuff at the moment, been tinkering with the idea of a romance story and whatnot. Optimistically speaking, whatever that's keeping me busy will be... done with tomorrow and you'll see Chapter 9 for Pinkamena Diane Pie on Friday as per scheduled.
All the pessimists would probably note that you'll get nothing this week!
So, it's one extreme over the other!
I'm sure there's one person out there remotely upset about this.
Anyhoo, back to House and fishing for inspiration.
