This literally just happened. I was putting some clothes in the washing machine, simple enough right? Wrong, when I got back to my room, I realized that both my phone AND Flash Drive (Which has ALL of my chapters for ALL of my stories on it) were still in my jeans pocket. They're drying off on the dryer right now. I am so BUCKING pissed at myself for not checking to see if there was something in the pockets. Celestia DAMN IT! >:O
20937 Guaranteed, lucky for me my main saves are on my computer and so is my new idea, so despite all that has happened may still get published today. So keep an eye out for that.
Aw man.. i know how ya feel... one time my old phone (which is now in pieces) was still in my pants pocket and my mom didn't check the pockets and WASHED my phone... i miss that old phone
If it's a Sandisk thumb drive, you've got nothing to worry about. Those things can put up with anything. Any other brand, I feel sorry for you dude.

21023 And I'm getting a new Flash Drive. Why? Because when I tried to use it to copy all of the files on there onto a folder after it's been in rice for the past 5 hours, my computer keeps on saying 'Device not Recognized'.

I did this all the time with Gameboy/Advance cartridges and they all still work perfectly. Not sure if the same applies for computer equipment though
And I was pretty sure you weren't supposed to stick them in a dryer because of the static and heat...but that's just me thinking out loud.
