This is my first time even being plagiarized from fanfics to begin with. I mean, look at this... The foxtails on Naruto, the Timberwolf turned Sentient, an altered drunken encounter with Trixie? I know darn well he took these ideas from my own fic.
Without even one word of my permission...
I don't know if I should feel honored or insulted...

I already have, with no response so far. But from what I've read, this seems too much of a coincidence. I can only hope it's some kind of mistake.
I would say both if it turns out to be true, cause as unlikely as it seems, it may just be coincidence

Well it is a long time since you updated that story, maybe he just assumed that you leaved the story and decided to copy some of the things that you created. Beside there are a few stories with sentient Timberwolf, and the drunken and depressed Trixie is pretty normal for other stories besides you can change Naruto so much before he losses his image and start looking like normal ponies, and the other author created a really different plot line than you.Still it is rude for taking some of your ideas and don't ask for it or even inform about it.

As far as I'm aware, someone's work is only considered plagiarized if the stolen ideas are apparent. If he alters them to the point where it doesn't reflect my own already used ideas, it would be his own original fanfic work. Either that, or the story would need to be deleted.
Plagiarism is a pretty big deal, but as other people have said: It may be a coincidence, however unlikely it would be.
Not sure if I can PM Poultron, however, but I'll be notifying a staff member about this, and see what they think.
Well... Taking an idea and using it in a different way isn't really plagiarism. Plagiarism would be him using the same plot arc-by-arc and slapping his name and a different title on it. At least, that's my definition of plagiarism.
Maybe it's coincidence.
Maybe he disliked the way your story went and tried to write his own but really liked your ideas.
Or maybe he's just a lazy dick who really doesn't give a fuck.
Either way, keep your cool and try not to assume things. Wait and see what he'll respond with. And... I wouldn't worry too much. Not only do ideas get copied all the time, but his story isn't really on the same level as yours in terms of quality. No offense to the guy, but, well...
Also, he hasn't logged in for about... 2 weeks now. Personally, I wouldn't bother, but if you feel like this person may be doing something incredibly wrong, go ask him what happened.

Yeah I never stole ANYTHING from you man. It's JUST coincidence. I myself wanted to write a story where Trixie Lulamoon is a good character. To clear things up with people here I'll say here what I already explained to you on FFN:
Late night plays of Final Fantasy XIII/XIII-2 started giving me ideas revolving the "magic system" of the games being used by Trixie, and the Cie'th used beforehand as a type of plot device for evil. Then the recent MLP episode with Spike and his Dragon's Honor Code and the Timberwolves being used in a minor plot of the episode spawned another idea that fused with the original. I originally had some trouble working up an original male character to use with a Protagonist!Trixie Lulamoon so I decided to ponify Naruto characters.
Then a change in the plot where I tap into the magic of Final Fantasy for Trixie to use and learn, several Naruto-based Jutsu for Naruto among other "magic spells" from the FF-verse, and that was it. But then I decided to add a support character. That is where Vincent comes to play. Vincent Valentine's first Limit Break/Transformation in FFVII was Gallant Beast which looks like a bestial wolf. That reminded me of said Timberwolves so... transformed by (spoiler) Trixie and Naruto's spell-casting that turned Vincent from a feral creature to a smart one and also changed his biological DNA structure. Think of Sasori and his use of puppetry and that is Vincent the Timberwolf.
Starting the first chapter I then decided to scrape the Cie'th Idea (and replace the Proto Fal'cie Adam with an yet-named original antagonist character) and created an original threat that will involve my using of (spoiler) Discord and the powers of chaos in future chapters supporting the good guys. The Mane Six, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor: all have plots in the story. But I'm not that far yet in terms of writing. It's all outlined in my mind and on a document file but as time goes on, changes are apparent.
Of course the original episode of MLP where Granny Smith spoke about the founding of Ponyville, and how she as a young mare ran into those Timberwolves in the Everfree Forest when she discovered the Zap Apples gave me the idea of wanting to use one as a unique support-type character. The episode with Spike and the Timberwolves being used just influenced my story further. I'm not far yet because of my busy life, having to go to work, and taking care of my family. I have a full outline of how the story is to come but other than work, life, family, and distractions caused by my recent joy of discovering the Assassin's Creed series (thanks to a cool female friend of mine)...
This isn't the first time I've come across such accusations in my life, so honestly, I'm not mad people are thinking I'm a (expletive deleted). I just calmly set aside a message, hope they read and understand, and there can be no more problems in the future. If there are, then maybe I should delete my plot and stop writing?

Let me just say right now that I don't mean any hostility, dude. I'm just rather confused how this all came about.
I believe how you adapted Final Fantasy into this, since I did read some tidbits and similarities with that. Dark Thundaga and such... and from the look of your fics on FF.net, I can see that you're an active and talented author.
When a user pointed out that there was possibility of plagiarism, I did freak out for a few minutes, since this was my first time of such a thing happening to me. I hope you understand.
However, there are a few glaring issues that leaves my curiosity unsatisfied.
1. I noticed in your fic that you gave Naruto two tails. Why? This is probably my #1 reason on why I thought you had some slight plagiarism, since I've read a few MLP/Naruto fics out there, and from what I've seen none of them had such a thing. Only yours.
2. The timberwolf that I've put into my own fic is white, and yet yours is the same color as well. I'm guessing this is also an effect of Trixie's and Naruto's magic?
3. The drunken scene with Trixie, which, I'll probably have to call off as coincidence, but there are some strikingly similar scenes with how she got drunk, and how she joined Naruto to begin with. But again, I'm calling this one off as coincidence.
If you were inspired to do these things or got them from other sources of ideas (Imagination, experimentation, etc.), then I was mistaken, and I humbly apologize for disturbing you.
Again though, the scenes and ideas you've used are nearly past the idea of coincidence, since there's so many ideas used that I've used myself.
Um, yeah that is just intolerable. The equivalent of writing a story staring Team 7 and saying you DIDN'T copy them from Naruto. Plus... that story is just awful. If those two points weren't bad enough scumbag author is scumbag, deleting any bad reviews your work gets?
