I said I would have the better half of the chapter up by 2013.
"But Evan, it's been 2013 for like a week now, where's our new chapter?!"
Yes, I know it's been 2013 for like a week now. I also know that I'm fashionably late to my proposed deadline. But, I've been having trouble deciding where things should go and how to string it all together without it being a "first this, then this, then this, then this" type of chapter. I'm trying to make it flow better, and as a result I've gone through many hours of typing as well as six or seven bags of BBQ sunflower seeds through my meditation and self-collaboration. There is a ton of work going into it, which I hope you will all appreciate when I finally do get it posted. I promise all of you it won't take too much longer, work and school being back in just combine into one major pisser- especially now that my sleep patterns are jacked up again.
So, don't get discouraged! Your semi-cute, not too well written fic will be updated in a timely fashion! Hope everyone had a great holiday season!

Good to hear that you are still kicking after the holidays. As for the story take your time, it's easier to get it the way you want the first time then rushing out a release. :P

Glad that progress hasn't completely stopped! But take all the time you need. Quality over quantity. I'm just glad that not all my fave authors are taking breaks from writing! Cannot wait!

I truly feel awful about my disposition as far as my writing has went. I've taken on a full time job which has killed time, a girlfriend of six months which has killed motivation, and a smack in the face from real life that's killed my morale. I feel like I've let a lot of people down. Including you especially, due to your love of this story. I can't make promises, I can't give you false hope, and I can't say there's a light nearby. But what I can say is that this isn't over. It WILL be finished, it WILL be finished exceptionally as compared to my previous authoring endeavors, and it WILL satisfy every follower of this story. That's a word you can quote me on, because I WILL NOT go back on it. I hope well being on you, and I hope you won't stay upset due to my lack of activity lately. Expect to see me again.
