Is Star Wars: Tales of the Empire good? · 8:20pm May 24th

I'm genuinely asking.

To be honest with you guys, I'm pretty much done with Disney Star Wars. I've just recently finished watching the series finale of "The Bad Batch" which is a pretty decent show overall. The final season as a whole felt really slow and dull, but it was okay.

To me, this is probably where I will cut ties with the franchise because I am sick and tired of the dogshit writing it's been suffering from since the abysmal sequel trilogy. Seeing Lucasfilm focus so heavily on quantity over quality is just tiring to watch, and I am saying this as a casual fan. I have not watched "Ahsoka", "Andor", "Book of Boba Fett", "The Mandalorian", or any of the other DSW content they put out; I will keep it that way because I have zero interest in seeing them.

I just don't care about Star Wars as much as I used to anymore although I was never really a big fan of it; I've always been causal with the franchise. The original trilogy and the prequel trilogy? They're passable in my book. Same goes for The Clone Wars and Tales of the Jedi. But I have so much doubt if Tales of the Empire is good or not.

Again, is the new series good? Is it worth watching? Otherwise, I'll just focus on re-watching The Bad Batch, review it, and then deem it as the last Star Wars review I'll ever put out.

I've not seen it myself outside of YouTube clips, but....Grievous genuinely steals the spotlight in the first episode and he was so far the best thing I've seen from this show.

I'm not sure because I haven't seen it for myself yet. The only Star Wars content I've actually watched so far is "Rogue One", "Solo", the original trilogy, and the sequel trilogy. I did watch at least four episodes of "The Mandalorian", although I haven't come back to the show yet because there were too many other things in life that captured my interest more.

But, I'm always open to giving "The Mandalorian" another chance and look back on it, particularly since many of my family members are fans of it.
