Working Title:
Mortal Kombat: Shimmering Phoenix

Rough plot summary:
Effectively, Sunset enters the mirror portal, but ends up in Sun Do in the form of an Edenian, with a lifespan to match. Taking up a life as an immigrant from a different realm (They never asked which realm), she found her way into the military under the command of General Shao... as a bodyguard for Shang Tsung. Does Sunset use the Sorcerer for her own gain, or does she see the truth of her actions reflected tenfold by him?
