where i've been and stuff that has come up

i've not posted since monday and i thought i'd update and share some stuff to bring up.

now i've been enjoying the new job (it's been a nice change and i've felt more happy about where i am now).

and second since last week i've now started to collect the hot wheels world race cars (there was a bid on one of them today but i lost the bid but there was another one available not in the original package but in a class display case). i've bought 6 of the 35 (just 29 to go). so i'm glad i've decided to start collecting them. (i am thinking if i buy them all i may try the acceleracers cars if i can finish buying the world race cars first).

and for news there's two i learned. norfolk southern paid 600 million dollars for the derailment in east palistine so i think they're still going foward on helping what the people out there went through. and second csx has donated over 50,000 dollars for support to individuals small businesses and communities effected by the from the francis scott key bridge disaster. the money has gone to the maryland tough Baltimore strong key bridge fund. still amazes me at how csx cares about everyone. (i strongly think i still like to work for them but i don't know about it as a future career but it's a strong thought).

and lastly yesterday o.j. simpson has died. he died from prostate cancer (i was shocked to hear about that of course he's not been talked about for awhile). now as i said he was a former runner back in the nfl first with the buffalo bills than the san francisco 49ers. (he had been nicknamed as juice while on the buffalo bills than the electric company for the 49ers). than he became a hollywood actor (only movies i've seen in were the towering inferno and the cassandra crossing). than of course this year in june is the 30th anniversary where the trail of the century came when everyone thought he murdered his wife nicole brown and her ex husband ron goldman. the iconic scene with him on the phone in his ford bronco on the 5 freeway in los angeles. than latter the trail going over the murder and he was acquitted. than 13 years latter he was arrested for armed robbery in las vegas nevada in 2007 and was in prision for a decade until he was released in 2017. of course i was born in the year the o.j. trail went on (i didn't know much about it until years latter). i also watched the people vs o.j. simpson with cuba gooding jr. and it was quite intense. so it's was surprising to hear he died (just not heard a lot about him in recent times after he was released from prison).
