Some new ideas that came to mind. · 4:04am March 19th
After finally finishing Can You Say...Forgiveness?, I began working on a new one-shot set in the Make Your Mark episode Ali-Conned where Clarence from It's a Wonderful Life takes some of the ponies who were being assholes to Sunny into an alternate timeline where Sunny was never born as a way of making them more appreciative of her. When I finished with that story, my plan was to start working on this new idea for a fic involving Starlight Glimmer and the CMC being sent by the map to Vanhoover where they meet a teenage colt who hates Cutie Marks far more than Starlight ever did, even to the point of requesting her to remove his own Cutie Mark from his flank, and then try to finally work around submitting this longer retelling of Phoxjes Rome's story A Dragon's Tale, which involves Spike being teleported into the MLP Tales universe. Most of these ideas always tend to pop while I'm still working on other fics, and I've had two new ideas that decided to live rent free in my head for some time; one involves having the "Here' a bright idea" scientist from the Spider-Man How It Should Have Ended videos appearing in every episode of FIM to change outcomes with his bright ideas, and the other is a follow up to Can You Say...Forgiveness? involving the events surrounding the group photo Sunset mailed to Mr. Rogers at the end. Part of my sudden interest in providing a follow up to a story that's already fine by itself is mainly due to a sudden sense of Easter spirit, since this story will involve everyone having an Easter egg hunt in Wallflower's garden, which Mr. Rogers will plan to attend in as a small cameo. For those of you who greatly enjoyed my last fic, would any of you be OK with a small follow up?
