Ever come across a Glitch like this in Skyrim? · 3:02am Dec 16th, 2018

As I'm typing this, I'm playing the PS4 version of Skyrim when I decide to try the quest that involves sailing to Solstheim. So I intimidate the sailor into taking me there, I watch the ship sail through a buggy mess, and I end up remaining in the exact location. I tried persuading and even bribing the sailor, but no matter what I still can't change locations; the only upside is that repeating any option will increase my speech (which is right now at 54) and slowly increase my overall level. Has any of you ever stumble upon this glitch, or is this just a rarity?
