Gram! 🐶

A glimpse at the youth of Kyle's elderly caretaker, Priscilla Woofton, aka, Gram! Originally intended to be a pug, I've decided to make her a poodle, which made picturing a design much easier. Here she is in her youth out on the wild west surrounded by cactus cats, mythical creatures that take refuge at her saloon in exchange for their tasty juice.

Agreed. Just as cute and definitely just as prickly. Some of my cats believe that the appropriate way of showing their affection for someone is to fly through the air at them, land on that human's back, dig their claws in and hang there for dear life...

Well, some people keep porcupines and hedgehogs as pets, so I guess cactus cats aren't too much of a stretch. I'd keep one in exchange for free cactus juice. That stuff's expensive, thanks to health nuts and snake oil salesmen. But oh, so tasty. (I once had a free sample, years ago.)
