Coming Soon - Yaseikōya One-Shot Series For Incoming Project · 1:33am January 8th
Hey everyone! It's your boy Golden Fang Ryu Shenron! Hope you guys had a nice New Year's Eve and Day and that the first week of 2024 went well for you too! Things are going well for me - I'm back at my university for a new semester and classes that start tomorrow. Kind of nervous since they will be more advanced classes even though two of them are technically one entire class. I'm not to worried though - I managed to pass the first semester and learn some things from the experience. Since I don't have much going on I figured I would show you something exciting I have planned going from this week onward.
I'm sure you guys already know about the one-shots I'm going to release here and on other fiction websites. Each relating to my upcoming Yaseikōya project that I brought up multiple times before. I have the first one up and am planning to release the second one. I am thinking of doing a rewrite of the first though. Mainly due to not being quite as satisfied with it despite being rather well received with little grammar mistakes. I will take more time to consider it before doing anything, so for the time being, it'll remain up. As for the others, I will be presenting the other eight ones to give you guys a taste of what to expect from each of them. The first will be posted there too for reading-in-order purposes, though I'm sure posting it as a sequel to the next one-shot will help with that anyway.

A kirin scarred by his abusive mother yearns to know what it means to smile.
3. Moons Of Benevolence
A dhampir who has only ever known cruelty experiences familial love for the first time in her life.
4. Claws Of Piety
A sphinx is given a hard dose of reality after those closest to her turn their backs on her.
5. Axes Of Mettle
An abraxan's desire to prove his persecutors wrong costs him more than his confidence and pride.
6. Waves of Magnanimity
A kelpie who only ever took for herself discovers generosity from the most unlikely sources.
7. Tails Of Penance
A kitsune's spite and jealousy leads to her paws being forever soaked in blood.
8. Talons Of Liberation
A hippogriff trapped in the shackles of his father woes for true freedom.
9. Voids Of Percipience
A demi-human is given a painful lesson due to her not heeding the words of those with greater experience.
There you have it! The nine one-shots that will dive into the thought - and stories - of the nine protagonists in the series of Yaseikōya! Most are ready for their chapters to be written, but others need some more time for formulation. As I said with the first one, it may end up getting a rewrite, but I will leave it as it is for now. I'm not sure how soon they will be released, but with what will be happening these next several months, and the complexity of the stories, it will take time. Until then, I'll just show you little tidbits of what the stories will be about in anticipation for their appearance. Hope you guys will be ready, because these little one-shot series will be quite the journey!
