A little tutorial about how I make the covers of my stories with the exact show style.

First, you will need two important programs. Photoshop and Adobe Animate With Photoshop, it is easy to add the title and background to the image and make other adjustments if necessary. This is the simplest part of the process and the one that takes the least time.

With Adobe Animate, it is much more complicated and complex. First, you need the flash files of the ponies or any other MLP character; they can be easily obtained on the internet.

Currently, I have files of all the Mane 6, the princesses, Cozy Glow, Tirek, Chrysalis, Discord, Spike, and even characters like Octavia. With this, you can manipulate the expressions and movements of the character you downloaded. This is not easy because sometimes the mane or the eyebrows can be disproportionate if you change the expressions or some other attribute, and you will have no option but to fix it. They need to be as expressive as possible if you want to attract readers' attention, depending on the tone of your story. This is what I have done with all my stories that have multiple chapters.

I prefer to do things on my own without having to ask artists or external people to do things for me. I draw, but I still need a lot of practice, and lack of time does not allow me to do it. So I have to resort to this method. Some people will think that they are vectors that I simply download from the Internet, but that is not the case. For each expression, such as the eyes, the position of the hooves, and each part of the characters' bodies, I have to control it so that it looks the way I want.
