Gonna return the rating on "the iron chancellor" · 2:43pm Dec 12th, 2023
I used to be embarrassed by the amount of likes it got for its poor quality, but seeing how y'all are still reading it and looking past it, imma just return the ratings 'cause there's really no point having it there if I'm the only one supremely disappointed by it.
Btw, thanks so much to the people who still read my old story. It really shows that anybody can write, and should, as they will always be appreciated or else, at least improve you in some way. (In my case, improve my writing)
Kinda lame that I was afraid to post this blog yesterday, so I delayed it today.
People un-ironically love reading terribly written books like 50 Shades of Grey or The Twilight Series. 'Reader enjoyment' and 'quality of writing' aren't always proportionally correlated.
'The Iron Chancellor' struck the exactly right balance between interesting premise, interesting world building, interesting story and bombastic power fantasy that most readers (myself included) are more than willing to overlook the writing and keep coming back for more.
If it is anything like the Scramble for Equestria, I can understand why people like it.

Plus, you make a habit of using proper grammar and formatting that is rare for most starting Authors.
Poor writing cannot hide a good storry.
