    Happy St. Patrick's Day🍀☘️

Currently doing a bar crawl in Downtown (ok so we started in Corktown and are making our way through any good AVAILABLE bar today) with some friends and a couple of co-workers of mine, who we unintentionally ran into. Turns out great minds think alike! Ironically I'm the "Uber Call Girl" tonight so...unfortunately can't get TOO wasted (plus I actually have work tomorrow...couldn't call off).

Happy 25th Anniversary "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride" · 12:13am Oct 28th, 2023

Original Release Date: October 27th, 1998

Yes people. My all time favorite Disney sequel is now 25 years old! My oh my it's been an age since I've seen it!

(Original trailer)

Much like how The Lion King was loosely based off of Shakespeare's Hamlet, this sequel to the 1994 box office hit was based off of another popular Shakespeare hit, Romeo & Juliet (although thankfully, the protagonists don't die in this one)! A sleeper hit if anything, the home video sales were astounding for this sequel alone!

Some of the songs in the movie (ok I lied, this might be ALL the songs):

And lastly, the two songs heard at the end credits (which Both are STILL awesome to this day!)

Well as I've said before, cheers for 25 years!

That is all,
-Red Cloak
