History competition for Halloween.

The little pony's favorite holiday is of course Halloween, they can dress up, stay up late at night, degrade the houses of those who don't give candy but above all...Eat as much junk as possible without worrying about having their parents on their backs.

But one year, the princesses decided to hold a competition, both to provide some entertainment and to get the children involved. The competition then took the form "Invent a scary story" the location would be the Ponyville library and the reward, a surprise from the princesses. Everyone then got to work and thought about the most terrifying story they could imagine. Everyone had fun except Spike who didn't want to participate, he wanted to finish his costume but the Sparkles forced him to participate and wrote a text in less than five minutes before leaving to play outside with his friends.

The day you were waiting for arrived, many had participated, mainly little ones. Their story could be simplified to "What scares the heroes..." Mainly their fear was put into the story but the young Twilight had something in mind. Its story is about a mad man who wanted to recreate life through the force of nature and his knowledge. The reading frightened more than one and left many people confused (Parents no longer really wanted their children to play with Twilight) confident of her victory she did not look at Spike who was passing right behind her. They took out a half-crumpled sheet of paper and recited its text.

Three little ghost, look at that.
The big one have a top hat
The little one is holding a pumpkin
He find it quite unique
What make the third one so special
Silly him, he's hauting à box of cereal
Going to night for Candy's
This is one silly party

Once his text was read, he gave his drawing to the judge; took a handful of lollipops from a jar provided and left to join his friends

The deliberation did not take much time and the result was announced by Princess Luna.
-" Thank you all for participating and now here is the result, the winner is" Twilight was confident and wearing a big smile Spike Drake and his three ghosts.

" WHAT!!" they say it simultaneously, Twilight screams scandal and cheating while Spike was drowning Rumble in the apple bowl.
Twilight left furiously then Spike went to the Podium where his reward was waiting for him. Princess Luna then handed him a voucher to spend a whole day with the leaders of the kingdom. Everyone applauded then Spike was asked to give a speech.
