Okay, a lot a bit intoxicated.
That means for the next couple of hours, I'd like to answer questions if ya got em.
To be honest, part of this is motivation for the rest this next part of the story, cause it's a doozy. Part of it is just curious on your thoughts.
Now obviously I understand that most questions will likely come after I've long since sobered up. I will still answer honestly.

First off, thank you. I really want to bring you guys something that will stick in your minds for years to come. Can I do it? Maybe? I don't know, but I will bust my ass for you guys.
Secondly, a little, it will be more of a heavy edit than anything else. Isn't autocorrect great? At least now, it's terrible for me normally, must be aware of my inebriated state.
Still, there will be a HEAVY edited version, whether that means I rewrite it remains to be seen. I have already started to plot the changes and it's gonna be a lot of work.

Hell yeauh. I can tell you work pretty damn hard to make your story detailed. Like, really detailed. It goes nitty gritty into the magic sauce. It's got details that get skronchy, all bases covered, everything accounted for. It kinda reminds me of HK-FortySeven's "Thaumaturgy With Anon" stories, that flesh out a system by which magic operates. I like the way you explain magic, I think you find a good balance between "Lost in the magical explanation sauce" and "Magic works and we don't ask why."

I try, it's a tricky balance to be sure. Mostly I want to leave some to imagination, and give just enough for others to draw their own conclusions. Mystery is part of the magic if you don't mind the pun.
We gonna get some of that cover art with Orion soon? I'm dying to have some jacked anthro horse art to serve as inspiration for the gym xd

The first cover will not be jacked, but be a depiction of his arrival. That will come later, I found a concept artist I REALLY like, and he has already don't a piece for a character in the story that will come soon.

2 cups self-raising flour sifted
2 tbs caster sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 splash maple syrup *to serve
1 pinch icing sugar *to serve
1 scoop vanilla ice cream *to serve
[1]Add milk and water, and mix with an electric mixer until smooth, scraping sides if necessary.
[2]Add eggs and mix until combined and smooth.
[3]Heat poffertje pan and lightly grease indentations.
[4]Add the mixture until holes are full.
[5]Cook for a few minutes, then turn over.
[6]Poffertjes are cooked when they are golden brown and puffy.
[7]Remove from pan and drizzle with maple syrup, icing sugar and ice cream.
