I had been blankly staring at its words for days and reading them out loud with my writing teacher. The fixing and rephrasing have been sluggishly slow and it hurts. Life has also been getting in the way, and I have been losing motivation. I want motivation for writing but my real problems drag me down and my feelings for this work keep growing more negative. So I posted a doc link to the discord server. Of course, I was shocked about HOW MANY mistakes were in the first chapter. Honestly, I had a breakdown and a bit of an overreaction. I was about to quit but told myself "Don't throw out the towel! your story is great! you're still a noob but you got people to help you!"
I really hope that those who have been reading it enjoy it. Honestly, even though I'm getting ZERO feedback I can still tell from the stats people are reading the chapters. Also, there will be a sequel, It will take about 5 years after. I'm also doing my own little editing then and there, retconning stuff and fixing some awkward things. you may be wondering why I'm starting to have a 2-week gap whenever a chapter is posted. Well it's because I mostly do this with my writing teacher and she having some scheduling issues because she is having another student once per week. So you guys have to wait longer unfortunately, unless if we change our date.
SOooooooo I haven't been posting that much. why? Because I'm also sick and stuff outside of this site.
I got the story pre-planed but I have a hard time trying to execute some scenes. It's like some mental fatigue or some other stuff like mental health gets in the way of thinking.
Have fun and enjoy your trip.
