    Chapter 15 coming soon

    hey readers,

i have resumed writing and completed an initial writing of chapter 15.

chapter 15 will be released whenever my editors sign off on it. after being inactive so long, it would be unfair of me to rush them.

sorry for being silent so long, i have been battling a depressive episode and problems at work.

    November update

while publishing chapter 14, i also published a minor revision of chapter 13, which adds more info on the midi technology.

while publishing the revision for chapter 13, i accidentally deleted and republished the chapter, messing up the publish date. sorry.

cancelling my stories. · 10:39am May 20th, 2023

Dear readers, fans, and fellow writers,

Today, I come to you with a heavy heart and a sense of disappointment. It saddens me to announce that I have made the difficult decision to cancel my fanfiction stories on fimfiction. Recently, the site published a blog post that has deeply troubled me, as it seems to undermine the creative potential and worth of individuals like myself. The post suggests that due to an inherent and immutable trait that defines a significant part of my identity, I am incapable of producing anything of artistic merit. It is disheartening to encounter a platform that reinforces such a belief, implying that my creative endeavors are inherently limited and devoid of artistic value. As someone who embraces and cherishes this immutable trait, which forms an integral part of who I am, I cannot accept such a notion. My identity should not be a barrier to my creative expression, nor should it be used to dismiss or invalidate the quality and impact of my work. As a result, I feel compelled to seek alternative platforms where my work will be valued and appreciated without such prejudiced perspectives.

I have always believed that art is a reflection of our diverse experiences, thoughts, and emotions. It is through our stories that we can challenge existing norms, explore uncharted territories, and contribute to the rich tapestry of creative expression. Every writer possesses unique perspectives, insights, and abilities that enrich the literary landscape. It is essential to embrace and celebrate this diversity, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and supports all artists.

The blog post published has left a lasting impact on my motivation and dedication to the craft. The underlying message conveyed in that post implies that people like me, with this inherent and immutable trait, are incapable of producing anything of artistic merit. Such a notion undermines the passion, effort, and countless hours that I, along with countless others, have poured into our creations. It negates the value of our stories, dismissing their potential impact on readers and the broader fandom community.

While I respect the freedom of expression and the right of fimfiction o establish their policies, I cannot support an environment that perpetuates harmful stereotypes and diminishes the worth of certain writers. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue publishing my fanfiction stories on this platform unless there is a significant change in their policy. It is my hope that by taking this stand, others will join me in urging fimfiction to reconsider their approach and create an inclusive space where all voices can be heard and appreciated.

Moving forward, I am actively exploring alternative platforms that foster a supportive and inclusive environment for writers of all backgrounds. I am determined to find a space where my stories can thrive, and where I can connect with readers who appreciate the diverse perspectives and narratives I bring to the fandom. I invite you all to continue supporting me on this journey as I navigate new platforms and communities.

I want to express my deep gratitude to all the readers, fans, and fellow writers who have supported me throughout my time here. Your encouragement and feedback have meant the world to me, and I will forever cherish the memories we have created together. While this decision to cancel my stories is not an easy one, it is a necessary step for me to advocate for a more inclusive and respectful fandom culture.

Let us remember that creativity knows no bounds, and the power of storytelling lies within each and every one of us. I believe that by standing up against prejudice and discrimination, we can shape a future where everyone's voice is recognized and celebrated.

Thank you for your understanding and unwavering support.
