    I hope everyone reads this.

I don’t know what I’m expecting from this blog. But something on my heart tells me someone in the LGBT+ community needs to hear this from a White Christian Man (and no it’s not what your thinking)

    After thought concerning the movie

Does anyone else think Twilight should have been replaced by Starlight Glimmer in the movie. I personally think it would have been a good chance for Twilight to be captured along side Celestia, Luna and Cadance. It also would have been a more efficient way for Twilight to learn to ask for help non verbally. To rely on her friends and truely understand how far they would go for their friend.

A random thought I thought to post

I am a religious person. In Jesus Christ, God, Holyspirt. The “I Am.” The Trinity. More commonly categorized as Christian. Although I prefer not to simply call it Christian. I go more by Jesus Freak. A quote from one of my fav Christian bands DC Talk. Anyways, I had an interesting thought while I was trying to sleep. Even though it is not mentioned in the Bible, I am a believer in the Multiverse

Starlight could have also really hit home with Tempest, as she understands what it feels like to feel abandoned because of poorly timed moments.

Would this affect the outcome or message of the movie? I don’t think so. Tempest would have been a way less persistent problem, turning a blind eye and slowing starlight a tone of breathing room against the clock. Is also could have let AJ, RD, Pinkie, Shy, and and rarity a chance to have a moment for themselves without Twilight.

Also can I stab the people who think Alicorns are not immortal, and say they would have been completely fine even if Storm king decided to shatter their prisons. Storm king was still alive even after he shattered. Even then it’s blasphemous to say otherwise a topic for another time, accompanied by show given canon that indicates Alicorns are immortal and even Shining Armor is immortal.

Anyways, what do you guys think? Starlight as a main character in the movie? Or do you guys think the mane 5 could have done it on their own?

As a two-parter in the television show, sure. But the movie was about the IP, and the IP is about Twilight. From a financial point of view, it was a litmus test for the viability of continuing to produce that iteration of MLP--at least, that is my educated guess. I think it is likely that when the movie was not a big performer at the box office, an end plan was decided on for Friendship is Magic.

Why not, for example, make the movie in 2014, when the show had just gone into syndication, and was more relevant to pop culture overall? Instead, we got Equestria Girls, which was a spin-off closer to the type you're describing. It marked a different point in the show's lifecycle.

Starlight Glimmer stealing the Hipogrif's gem sure would make more sense.

Also, the ending should have been changed to:
