Just Like Clockwork has just reached its 100th favourite (which is a big deal for me since it was my first ever fanfic). Not only that, it turned 1 year old just last month, officially making me one of the slowest damn writers this side of...well, anywhere. (Seriously, 9 chapters in a year!? My good friend J.A.M. (formerly The Amazing Top Hat) has been generous enough to draw another superlative piece of art for me. This time, he's depicted changes in Compass' appearance as a result of the combined Regeneration/Taint exposure at the end of Chapter 6. Strangely enough, I had almost the exact same cosmetic changes in mind, but ended up not working them into the chapter for fear of the hospital scene being too long

You see, a few of my colleagues and I have been designing an experiment module for a sounding rocket that will be launched by the European Space Agency next March. Now, since we're still undergraduates, this is a pretty big deal for us, so we're essentially at the mercy of the design review panel at ESA.

Hi everypony,

I've created a cover for Just Like Clockwork so that I'll have some sort of image for the next EqD update.
I couldn't finish the vectors of the characters that I've been working on, so for now at least, they're being stood in for by a trio of pony creator images.

As it is, can I have everypony's honest opinions about style/composition/colouring/lighting, etc please?

Hey there everypony!

To the thirty-or-so of you who favourited my FoE fic "Just Like Clockwork", I'm sorry for wait for the third chapter. It's a majorly busy time in academia just now (courseworks, dissertations and exams a plenty!)

I've split the current section of the story arc into two separate chapters so I can post something (and make a cover, if I have time) before the next EqD update.
