Out of curiosity, though, what do you all think of April Fools day chapters in stories? Like them, love them, hate them? I'm still surprised over the huge split "The Magic of the Rainbow" got in the first Monster Below story, and I'm curious if the passing of another year has softened opinions somewhat.

I just read a few minutes ago that Leonard Nimoy passed away this morning at 83. While I'm more a fan of The Next Generation, it's still so sad to hear of his passing. I had hoped that he would be able to return for the next Trek film and share the screen with William Shatner one last time, but unless they use some very sophisticated CGI, that's not going to happen, and it's an incredible shame. 83 is still relatively young, and he seemed to be in such good health.
