Canis Fidelis chapter · 10:38pm Oct 25th, 2013
So I actually finished a chapter in time... it just wasnt the next chapter. Bank holiday weekend this weekend, so so I got quite a bit of free time. Maybe I'll have the next chapter up monday.
Okay, now I know the empty bottle of whiskey on my desk 'looks' bad, but there's a perfectly sober explanation.

I'm going to try very hard to have the next chapter of Canis Fidelis done by Friday. As per usual, point out grammar and spelling errors in previous chapters please. It really helps.
Canis Fidelis readers may be interested to know, I'm aiming to have the next chapter up tomorrow. Key-word here being 'aiming.' If I actually meet that deadline it'll be nothing short of a fraggin' miracle.
I'm just setting high goals for myself so I don't get lazy again.
Back to writing. Canis Fidelis is being continued. Next chapter starts out really shit, but I'm not very motivated to write the sequence that's supposed to go between chapter nine and ten. Maybe I'll get to it in the future. Right now, all I want to do is get the tedious crap out of the way so I can get into the climax and resolution of the story.
As well as fix some errors here and there, I removed much of Bungee's sentience. I felt it was too much too fast. And besides that, while still remaining incredibly smart and driven by his codes and values I don't want him to become too human. After all, we seen and read plenty of stories like that already.
Bungee will of course be interacting with some of the main cast's pets, something I had planned for the next chapter.
The more I read it, the less I like the latest chapter of Canis Fidelis. I'm going to re work it a little before moving on to work on the next chapter. Keep an eye out for updates.
“Thomas.. Thoooooo-maaaaaass.”
My ears perked up at the sound of my name. Not because my name was being called. More so I was intrigued by her tone.
The feminine voice was soft and smoky. Alluring, with a hint of terse authority.
Blinking away the darkness closing around the edges of my vision, I peered through the banks of mist obscuring the space beyond my bed. I was sat up against the head board, trying my best not to let confusion get the better of me.
Very busy. Barely time to write. Trying to churn out a story for mass enjoyment.
That is all.
I'm fine. Really. I don't need sleep. I just wanna play with my new computer a while longer. I can sleep a little later... honest...
I can see the music...
