Yes, after many months of the dry season, I actually coughed up a story! The first chapter of the rewritten Storms on the Horizon is up, and more will follow on a tighter schedule than I used to follow – as in, I will try to do without those half-year long hiatuses. I’ve vastly improved on the story from the bedlam it was in my head, and I’m enjoying it more along the way.

As some may have noticed, I haven’t updated Storms on the Horizon for ... a considerably longer time than I originally planned.

The truth is that the story was just a whole big mess in my head for a while, and now that I’ve sorted it out I realise that some things in the current five chapters aren’t workable.

So, rewrite! Hopefully that will be much better than the original!

For anyone who is still interested, I apologise for being away from the site for so long. I’ve been really stressed with school, I have NAPLAN this week, a maths exam in a week or two, and all of these projects stacking up. However, there will definitely be something up in the next few weeks. Before my long hiatus, I was working on something involving Twilight’s parents, and something else involving Luna’s ability to dream. So, either one of those will be up or I’ll get the next chapter

Within the next week chapter five of Storms on the Horizon will be up. It won’t have too much real plot development, just being more of a transition away from the hospital and back to ordinary life, with some insight into Rumble, Thunderlane and Blossomforth’s relationships with each other. Though, I have slipped one little thought of Rumble’s in there that will come to be very important in the future.
