Organisational behaviour is the study of relation of individual or group with the organisation and the impact of this relation on performance of it in achieving goals. In this, the effect of various factors are examined in view of objectives of institutes such as employee’s productivity, better management and improved behaviour. It is also influenced by the organisational culture which include vital factors such as mission, expectation of employee and their core values etc.
