Ever watched Cybersix? I've been inspired by that cartoon.

The idea of the fic revolves around hidden experiments to create an artificial Princess-tier alicorn under the control of a hidden power. A MDW costume will be stolen/taken and dyed. May write some sample eventually to see where I can drag this idea to.
