I have just finished penning the final chapter of Welcome to My Nightmare, and I'm going to be proofing it and (hopefully) uploading it tonight. It will also be accompanied by an epilogue where a valuable lesson is learned. I think I'm going to focus on NaNo after that, but in December, expect more Tux n Tails, as well as some other side stories.

I wrote a big section of Welcome to My Nightmare last night, somewhere around 1200 words. I think Chapter 3 might be my last full chapter, but I'm going to have an epilogue. After I finish it, I'm going to put up a new story. Not as dark, for sure, but I don't really know where I'll go with it. It's going to be a complicated love triangle piece between Soarin', Spitfire, and RD. Time for breakfast, and then Greek class! Conjugation charts, here I come...

I finally have an avatar! I couldn't settle for stealing somebody else's avatar, and I'm too cheap to commission a real artist, so I cranked on How I Met Your Mother and let ink fly! (Digital ink, that is.) It took me eight hours of poking, prodding, tweaking, drawing, erasing, and painting, but I'm finally done! I'm not real big on the eyes, and the lines seem a bit thin, but what the hay, I got off my butt and did something for a change.

¡Hola, todo mundo! (Seriously, I don't speak Spanish very well, so don't try. I just throw in various other languages at random. I'm weird like that.) I've decided that Tux n Tails is going on a hiatus for the time being, at least until after NaNoWriMo. I have two other stories in the mix that have to do with Tux, and I'd consider them spinoffs. One of them is AU (I guess). But anyhoof, I'm swamped with schoolwork right now, and I barely have time for myself, let alone my writing.
