Okay, so here's what happened.

I was maxing out on my bench press and got to 265 and was struggling a little bit, not that bad mind you, but the problem was that my spotter was off in wonder land or something and my right triceps (Lateral head) cramped or some shit causing me to drop the bar on myself. Now the thing about this was that I only smashed the right side of my rib cage because since only one arm gave up I basically flung myself and the bar onto the ground.
