It's been awhile, I think more than half a year, since I've had the compulsion and time to write fics. Building up momentum is a nightmare. But if this goes the way it did two years ago, I'll be able to hit the previous 2k-word-per-night threshold that I had back then, this time with much better quality. Granted, that was staying up till the middle of the night, but still. It's a checkpoint of sorts.

Okay, after a little consideration I've decided that "Lost in the Light of Shadows" is going to be discontinued. Honestly, it's been a really long time since I started on that, and I've gotten a lot better and a lot more sensible when it comes to stories. So, until I can flesh up a better plot and a better set of characters, a total (more succinct) rewrite, and a better title (it was two or three in the morning), it's stagnating. I hope that better days will come....
