I've finally started work on chapter three of Assertion, and I am very hopeful that you guys will enjoy it. I plan it to be a little bit longer than the first two chapters, hopefully giving you guys a little more substance to hold the tide before chapter four. As you know, I usually take a month or so break between writing each chapter (I know, I'm lazy). I apologize for not being quick to pump out the writing, but it takes a lot of energy to assemble a story.

It seems I'm unable to be satisfied with the quality of my work. Some people say that is a good thing, which I believe to be true. I've updated chapter one of Assertion, and I'm going to continue editing chapter two before I begin on chapter three! Stay tuned for further updates!

Sorry for the lack of chapter updates recently. Chapters one and two of Assertion are currently undergoing an overhaul before I continue the main storyline. There were several flaws I noticed, and with the help of my co-writer, we are going to make the second and first chapters far better than they were originally. You might consider re-reading them. While the changes aren't going to effect the main plotline, they will have some spice tossed in.

I apologize for the long wait between chapters one and two, but I wanted to make the second chapter as perfect as possible. I'm finishing up a few elements of the story, and I think I'll be ready to wrap the second chapter up and publish it within the week. After publishing, I plan on starting work on chapter three right away, hopefully it will take less time than this one has.
