I don't know what to think of this.
I write imaginary stories about cartoon horses.
I don't know what to think of this.
I'm currently writing a dark-fantasy Twilight Sparkle story. It will contain only four chapters, and hopefully will be published in January 2019. I have never gotten around to doing another multi-part story in a long time. I said in a few blog posts before that serialization was my weakness, and those projects always fail before they begin. That is why one-shots take up much of my story catalog. So right now I'm taking things slowly. I figure if this one works out, I'll do another one later
I love this commercial
In my opinion the winter holidays don't officially begin until this commercial airs.
I know everybody else has already said it, but I still want to say goodbye to Stan Lee. You inspired me to be a storyteller and you taught me to have an imaginative mind. You created so many of the greatest superheroes ever and made my childhood, and many others', awesome. You may be gone, but your legacy lives on forevermore, through your fans, your characters, and our memories. I hope you, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko have a reunion up there.
We will all miss you.
Excelsior.
I'm not going on another hiatus, but I'm taking a break from writing one-shots to work on a multi-part dark fantasy story featuring Twilight Sparkle, which I'm intending to publish in January 2019. I figured the reason why many of my multi-chapter stories fail is because I publish them before they're completed. I thought I can get by with serialization, but I'm always proven wrong. The only time I was able to get away with it was The Spirit of Loyalty; it was mostly easy because it was a
Happy Halloween everyone!
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, right next to Christmas and the Fourth of July. I love the cool fall air at night, the costumes and candy, and since I'm much too old to go trick-or-treating, I stay home to pass out candy (no candy for anyone above the age of 12, sorry).
I published my first story in almost a year. If you haven't read "Flight of the Butterfly," it's up now; I published it yesterday. I believe taking the year off was good for me. At that the time I was trying to make the sequel to The Spirit of Loyalty. I almost had it, but anxiety quickly settled in and I cancelled it. Then I didn't write for months onward. So I read books and wrote in my journal everyday.
A Rainbow Dash one-shot will be published by the end of next week. It will be the first story I written in months. More stories will follow soon. I'm glad I'm out of this dry spell. It's been killing me, and now I can relax and don't have to worry. I'll see you in a week.
Hey guys. it has been awhile, hasn't it? I have been taking another one of my hiatuses from Fimfiction, but I will be back soon. No matter what happens I will never leave this place, even if Friendship is Magic comes to an end. Anyway, I'm still trying out new ideas for stories. I still haven't watched seasons seven or eight, so I'm playing catch up right now.
I also saw Hamilton last month at JFK Performing Arts Center in Washington. It was great!
That's all I've done this summer.
