Calibre: A good way to track ebooks, tag them and otherwise manage a decent library.
FanFicFare: A Calibre plugin that allows for keeping track of fanfiction on a large number of sites. It caches the story so that on updating one only needs to download the new chapters (nice to the webmasters).
