Hey Bigshot
Are you really that busy that you can't do any work on the fic? Or are you just trying to avoid something...
I have no idea what your talking about

To the point:
Between work, studying my AATs (accounting), hanging with friends and splitting what little i have left with World of Warcraft and Assassins Creed 3, work on The Exiled Angel has come to a halt. I started this story (typing it up anyway) July this year when I had no work, no studies and pretty much nothing else to do due to money restraints. With my free time I constructed the story as a way to maintain my typing and creativity as well as maintain and add to my vocabulary.
So many blog posts in so little time, but I have decided it was time. Been looking through whats been written so far and have decided where I want this chapter to end. As we speak I'm going through it multiple times to make sure it flows.. decently. no wait... that it flows WELL!! Right now its just scraping at 5800 words, so the next chapter allows me to use the 6000 words, if I so need it to get across what I want to explain.
Wow, at least 666 different people have seen this fic so far, thats amazing right... why are you looking at me like that?
Typing late at night again and things are irritating me a little more than they should, thought I'd write about it.
Doing some late night typing and have just managed to reconstruct part of a messed up section. Right now I've got some 4000 words in the next chapter and one particular bit would make for a great cliff hanger... but if I did do it (me thinking ahead before I let the chapter go live) it may make the next section difficult to write. As some of you may have guessed, there is something going on, but I kinder hoped to get that cleared up in this chapter.
Been writing all day and have started reading what I've actually put down. I planned on releasing this as one chapter (when it's finished of course) but I'm a little worried its a bit long.
What do you feel comfortable reading without having to strain yourself?
For me it's normally 2,000 to 5,000 words.
So after looking at a few comments I figured I'd take a break and write up just how I go about writing the chapters in the exiled angel. Hope you enjoy the read:
First off I'd like to mention that writing is not my strongest skill, in fact, reading, spelling and writing could be considered my weakest. But having this story in my mind and seeing others able to express themselves made me want to do the same. So I followed these steps that help me appear to be somewhat competent.
Finally finished with chapter 5. By far the most annoying one to write, but I'm glad it's over.
It seemed to end up alot longer than I thought it would be, clean over 6000 words. I'm not saying I'm not happy with it, I just didn't expect it. Now moving on:
The bad news might seem obvious but I failed miserably at attaining my goal for getting the new chapter out before 400 views. The chapter I drafted lacked alot of thought and was scraped on several occasions. Characters didn't interact well, conversations weren't realistic and certain scenarios were just plain poor. However, After some serious alterations to... well all of it, I am now in the process of typing it up, making a few changes as I go, but hopefully it'll be up soon.
